Features

Built around the two minutes you have in front of a defect.

Nobody logs a snag at a desk. Every decision below comes from that: the camera opens first, the numbering happens without you, and none of it needs signal.

Photograph it, number it, done

The camera opens first, and the snag is numbered before you have typed a word. Numbers are never reused, so #014 means the same thing in March as it did in January.

Circle the crack

Arrows, circles and boxes drawn straight onto the photo, with the time it was taken printed into the corner. That is the difference between a photograph and evidence.

A report with your name on it

Your logo, your colour, your reference. One tap turns the list into a PDF and hands it to WhatsApp.

Prove how long it took

Logged, fixed and verified dates on every snag, all three printed on the report. When somebody asks whether it was done on time, you are not arguing from memory.

Walk it again

Re-inspection lists what is still outstanding and clears items one tap each. The next revision shows the client exactly what moved.

Works with no signal

Everything lives on the phone. Basements, new builds, the wrong side of a hill. Nothing stops you working and nothing waits on a login.

And then it leaves your hands

The report is the point. One tap turns the list into a branded PDF with your logo and colour on it, a QR code that opens a live web copy in any browser, and a share sheet pointed at WhatsApp, because that is where this actually gets sent.
